It is home to the facilities for St Nicholas Church, and includes a Meeting Hall, Kitchen, Toilets, and Alcester Minster Office. Upstairs are Upper Room and Hayloft Room for flexible use, suitable for study, small meetings etc.
The main hall is used regularly, not only by various Minster groups, but also by a variety of community users including for example, local society meetings, supervised children’s activities, painting groups, lunch parties, and business and commercial users for training courses and other functions. It functions as a performers’ ‘green room’ for events in St Nicholas church.
The modern toilets in the former stables are opened for church events and can be accessed either from the hall or through the side passage way, free of steps. They include a separate toilet for disabled people.
The Hall, with use of kitchen, may be hired for other community uses.
The Upper Room and Hayloft Room may each be separately hired.
